How it works
We collect the data
Regulation licences, spread data, platform support, founding year and more — verified by our editorial team and stored in a structured database.
We score every broker
Our algorithm weights six criteria to produce a 0–10 score, divided by 2 for the final 0–5 star rating. Recalculated every 24 hours automatically.
We publish the results
Rankings, comparisons and broker reviews are generated from live scores — not written by hand. No broker can influence their position.
What we cover
We review and score trading brokers across six criteria: regulatory standing, trading fees, platform quality, market variety, trust & longevity and user experience. Every broker uses the same algorithm — no exceptions for partners or sponsors.
Beyond individual reviews, we publish ranked lists by category (656+ pages), side-by-side broker comparisons for 57,630+ pairs, and educational guides on trading, regulation and platform selection.
We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships. When you open a broker account via one of our links, we may receive a commission. This never affects rankings, scores or editorial content.
Our principles
Independent
No broker pays for placement. Every ranking position is determined by our scoring algorithm — regulation, fees, platforms, markets, trust and UX. Our editorial opinions are never for sale.
Transparent
We publish our full scoring methodology, regulator tier definitions and formula weights. You can see exactly why a broker scores 4.2 vs 3.8 — there are no hidden criteria.
Data-driven
Scores are calculated from structured data — licence numbers, spread figures, platform names, founding years. Every data point is verified by our editorial team before entering the database.
Up to date
Broker scores are recalculated every 24 hours. Content is refreshed on a 7-day AI-assisted cycle, with editorial review for significant changes. Stale data is our enemy.
